  • What size do I need?
    • Ocean is available from 18″ to 50″.
  • What is the screen resolution?
    • Ocean 180 and 220 are Full HD. Ocea 280 and higher have 4k Ultra HD resolution.
  • Is the front made of thermosetting mirror glass or acrylic/plastic?
    • The front of Ocea is heat strengthened mirror glass, which is very strong, scratch proof and great looking.
  • Is the TV cabinet made of rust-resistant aluminum?
    • Ocea TV case is made of aluminum, lightweight and durable.
  • Are the cable connectors (HDMI, power) protected from moisture and dirt?
    • Ocea has a sealed cable compartment to protect the connectors from dirt and moisture.
  • Is there an active and airflow cooling system inside the TV that reduces internal temperatures and extends the life of the TV and offers much better anti-fog function?
    • Ocea features a patent-pending cooling and airflow system that is essential for a closed, waterproof TV unit.
  • Is the TV safely powered by 12 or 24 volts?
    • Ocea televisions are powered by 12 or 24 volts. In a bathroom, it is much safer to use low voltage.
  • Does the TV have an Android app?
    • OOcea comes standard with Android Smart TV features. It is a great system that will offer you all the entertainment and programs you need.
  • Do I need DBV-T2, DVB-S2 on the TV? (For outside the US and Canada)
    
    • Ocea is compatible with all television systems in the world, including DBVT2/S2/C and ATC, DNB-T and ISDB.
  • Does the television have a built-in decoder compartment so that you can easily change the television system in a few years?
    • Ocea has an integrated decoder bay. It’s a great feature that allows you to easily upgrade your Ocea after a few years.
  • Does the remote control have a bracket so I can stick it to the wall or mirror without drilling holes?
    • Ocean comes with a remote control with a suction cup mount. Place the controller where you want.
  • Does the remote control have a keyboard so that I can easily control the Smart TV functions?
    • The Ocea Zepp controller has a built-in keyboard on the back. The keyboard is essential to access all the functions of the Smart TV.
  • Is the speaker unit separate from the TV unit to prevent moisture inside the TV?
    • Ocea has a separate speaker casing to prevent moisture and sound vibrations inside the TV. This is an important feature that will extend the life of the TV.
  • Does the TV have 2 x 10 Watt power to improve sound quality?
    • Ocea has 2 x 7 watts for the smaller models and 2 x 15 watts for the larger models. A great power for all bathrooms.
  • Does the tv have 2 duo speakers for good audio?
    • Ocea comes with a speaker duo, the soundbar has 4 speakers inside that provide excellent audio quality.
  • Is the 29″ waterproof extension cord available so I can locate the power supply in a safe place?
    • In case you cannot locate the power supply near the TV, or with a surface mount installation, you may need an extension cord for power.
  • Can the brightness of the TV screen be improved so that visibility remains good if I place the TV near a window?
    • All Ocea come with an enhanced brightness screen, this is an important feature to ensure great image quality.
  • Can I also control the TV without the remote control?
    • Yes, the Ocea can be fully operated using only the touch controls.

  • Are there external speakers that suit the style of the TV?
    • Ocea can be equipped with external speakers. For example, for a shower and sauna installation, external speakers are recommended.

    • Ocea 4K models have HDMI CEC. This is a very handy feature that you will appreciate once you have it.
  • Does the TV have officially licensed HDMI connectors (www.HDMI.org)?
